General Terms and Conditions

General Terms
The following terms and conditions in the current version at the date and time an order is placed are applicable for all business transactions. Any diverging terms on the part of the customer will not be accepted unless these were agreed upon in written form prior to the transaction.

Contractual Relationship
Your order is an explicit offer from your part to undergo a deed of purchase. We do not take over an obligation for the acceptance of your order.

Prices
All prices are indicated in Euro.
Due to tax exemption after § 19 UStG no value added tax is levied.

Minimum order value
An order does not depend on a minimum purchase order value.

Terms of payment
Delivery takes place only after advance payment. The invoice amount is to be transferred within 10 working-days after receipt of order confirmation to the following account.

Retention of title
We will remain the legal and rightful owner of the delivered goods until full payment has been received.

Delivery within Germany
A fee of €4.50 for shipping and handling is added to every order within Germany independent of the order value.
All orders will be shipped insured via Hermes Logistik GmbH & Co. KG.

Orders will be shipped to the billing address unless otherwise noted during the order process.
In general orders will be shipped within 1-4 working days after receipt of money.
Incalculable delays will be promptly communicated to you and we try our very best to ship orders as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to adjust the costs for shipping and handling to actually arising expenses.

Delivery outside of Germany
For shipments outside of Germany the arising expenses for shipping and handling will be calculated independent of the order value and forwarded to the buyer via separate email. If you have any questions concerning shipping and handling costs feel free to contact us in advance.

Cancellation
You may revoke your offer of undergoing a purchase contract with us without giving reasons within a time period of two weeks. (Applies for unused goods with the exception of adequate use to examine the named goods)

Return of goods has to be paid by customer. Please return your order to the following address:

Goods have to be returned within two weeks after receipt. Unpaid return shipments will not be accepted. After having received the return shipment we will transfer the amount of your order back to your account.

Data protection
All data related to you which we have stored will be treated strictly confidential and not passed to any third party.

Misprints
We assume no liability for any misprint.

Liability
We do not assume liability for damages which are caused by improper use of our goods.

Copyright
All digitally stored motives and pictures shown in this online shop are protected by copyright.
Any use or duplication without authorization is forbidden. Reproduction and replication as well as digital duplication (even in extracts) are also forbidden. Theft leads to complaint of an offense.

If a regulation of these AGB should be incorrect or legally ineffective, this does not affect the validity in law of the entire AGB. The ineffective regulation will be replaced by a legally effective regulation which comes closest to the original.
